Frequently Asked Questions

Our planters are made in a non-rotting PVC material. There are drainage holes in the base of the planter. There is no need for an additional liner. If you do not want drainage holes or would like the holes to be in a specific place in the base, please let us know when you place the order.

If you would like to repaint but cannot remember your paint color, we keep a record of the paint color associated with your order and can share that with you anytime. If you choose to repaint a different color, we highly recommend using a vinyl-safe formula. We use Sherwin William Duration or SuperPaint exterior latex.

The freight carrier will contact you to make sure you or someone is available to receive the crate. There is a 24-hour window to open and inspect the contents of the crate. We strongly recommend you open the crate immediately while the truck is on premise and make sure the planters are not damaged. If there is damage, please let your driver know and reject the crate. If the truck has left, please call Eastover Collection and let us know that the contents arrived damaged. After 24 hours, we are not able to make a claim to the insurance provider.
